Keep social access in step with your people.
Bring social accounts into joiner, mover and leaver reviews. Pulse compares approved identity and HR context with recorded access across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and X, so you can review roles when someone joins, changes team or leaves.

Can your access review see social platform roles?
Each platform has its own business manager and permission model. Marketing, agencies and regional teams may grant access outside the directory workflow. A directory review alone cannot show which social roles remain after a departure, team move or agency contract.
Your leaver process has a gap
Disabling a corporate identity does not, by itself, remove a TikTok Business Center permission or a Meta page role.
Six platforms. Different permission models.
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and X need to be reviewed together, with the business, asset and role behind each permission.
Account lists need regular review
New agencies, hires and campaigns change the estate between reviews. Reconcile the access inventory as those relationships change.

Match people to the social roles they hold.
Your identity provider establishes identity, and HR adds employment context. Pulse brings those records alongside collected social access so a joiner, mover or leaver prompts a review of the accounts they can reach.

Bring identity and HR context together
Bring context from your approved identity and HR sources, such as Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace and ADP, into the access review. Compare available identity, department and employment-status information with observed social permissions. Agree the connection route and available fields for each source during setup.
Match a person to observed permissions
Compare corporate identity, HR status and role context with the users recorded by each connected business manager. Find leavers still listed as admins, agency access without an active owner and roles that no longer fit the job. Keep unmatched identities visible for investigation.

Make reconciliation a repeatable operation
Revisit recorded platform roles as the estate changes, prioritise mismatches and give the platform owner clear remediation steps. Check an updated platform record before treating an offboarding as complete.

A campaign, a region or a product team can leave behind a handle nobody registered with IT. Radar scans name variations for accounts associated with your brand. Review dormant and unofficial candidates, establish who owns them, then decide whether they belong in the managed estate or need an enforcement response.
A brand association is a discovery signal. Confirm ownership before adding an account to your official inventory.
