Two worlds. One brand to protect.

Your domains and social accounts carry the same identity. A gap in either gives customers a different place to land or a different voice to trust.

Acquisition, recovery and risk

Assess the name. Keep the risk in view.

Across registrars and markets, each name needs the right route and a place in the wider identity record.

Exact-match acquisition

A confidential approach to the current holder, with terms brought back for your approval.

Recovering a domain someone else registered

A lapsed name may need the registrar; a disputed name may need a rights review. The available route depends on the case.

Defensive holdings

Review lookalikes and typo variants, then prioritise the names worth holding before they create exposure.

Have a name in mind? Share it with us and we’ll identify the first decision: approach, recovery review or defensive hold.

Check the route

How the work starts

Know the route before you commit.

We establish the position, choose the work and make the next decision clear to your team.

  1. 1

    Start with the name

Tell us the domain, its current position and the outcome the business needs.

  2. 2

    Establish the position

We check the holder, registrar, controlling account and risks around the name.

  3. 3

    Choose the right work

Acquisition, recovery, defensive holdings or monitoring — each starts from a different position.

  4. 4

    Complete the handover

Any name secured lands in your registrar, and the estate record shows what sits around it.

We can start with the name and its current position.

Send the target domain, what happened, the registrar if known and the person who can approve terms or a claim. We first establish the viable route and the next decision. Owner responses, registrar windows and dispute processes determine how long securing a name can take.

What comes back

Control of the names. Visibility of the risk.

A shared view your security, legal and digital teams can use across domain and social identity.

  • The secured names

Any domains secured are placed in your own registrar account, under your organisation’s control.

  • The domain register

A record across registrars of each domain’s holder, controlling account, lock, renewal date and DNS destination.

  • The risk view

Renewal, control and lookalike exposure reviewed alongside your social handles, so both sides of the identity stay visible.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you help when the exact-match domain is already held?

Yes. We can approach the holder and negotiate on your behalf, including when direct approaches have gone unanswered. Acquisition is success-based: if the name is not secured, there is no acquisition fee.

What if the domain has lapsed or was registered against our mark?

We assess the available route through the registrar or the relevant dispute process. The route depends on the domain and its circumstances, so recovery is not presented as a guaranteed outcome.

Can you help with typo and near-match domains?

Yes. We review the variants that matter to your brand, check who holds them and help secure available names where that is the right route.

What domain risks can you help monitor?

We review where critical names are registered, who controls them, when they renew and what they point at. We also prioritise lookalike and typo variants that could be used to impersonate your brand. The review sits alongside your social identity record.

Can you work with our existing registrar?

Yes. We work through the processes of leading registrars globally and can map an estate spread across providers. The available transfer, recovery and account controls depend on the registrar and the domain. Names secured are placed in an account your organisation controls.

What do we receive at the end?

Any names secured sit in a registrar account under your control. You also receive a register showing each domain’s holder, registrar, renewal date and destination, with domain and social risks brought into one view.

How do you recover a domain name you have lost?

The route depends on what happened and which registry is involved. A lapsed name may have a registrar recovery window. An unauthorised transfer or a suspected bad-faith registration needs a separate review of the available registrar or dispute process, such as UDRP or Nominet DRS where applicable.

Can you buy a domain someone else owns?

Sometimes. We establish who controls the name, assess whether confidential outreach is appropriate and bring any proposed terms back for your approval. A holder may choose not to sell, and some names need a different route.

What is cybersquatting, and what can you do about it?

Cybersquatting generally describes registering or using a domain in bad faith to trade on someone else's mark. We review the rights and evidence with you, then assess whether outreach or an available dispute process is appropriate. The route and outcome depend on the domain and the facts.

What happens to the domains once they are secured?

They are placed in a registrar account your organisation controls. We record ownership, renewal and DNS, and review registrar lock and auto-renew settings where available.
